I live and work in Dublin, so my reports will be Dublin heavy, but I travel very often and love to explore the best eating spots our country has to offer.

We have an incredible food scene in Ireland and I want to share the best of it. The hospitality industry is also one of the toughest to survive in, let alone thrive in. Therefore, I will not be writing anything negative. If I don’t like a place, I won’t be writing about it.

For the record, I am not being paid by any of the places I report on. I’m just like you - an Irish person who loves to try great new places to eat.
